Creating GE Healthcare as a Standalone, Pure-Play Company
On June 26th GE announced plans to separate GE Healthcare to create a standalone company outside of GE.
GE Healthcare has the financial strength, global scale and over 100 years of experience in the healthcare industry to ensure that it is well positioned for this next chapter in the company’s history.
